TES has been involved in the design and integration of several large systems for laboratory and industrial testing. Our experience includes not only system design but also site preparation and system commissioning.
These are some of our projects:
Large multi-channel realtime data acquisition and analysis systems for machinery health monitoring. These systems typically look at machinery vibration from operating equipment and provide information about current operating conditions as well as trend monitoring.
An automated system for production testing of a wireless home-arrest system. This unit tested all aspects of the system including rf output and anti-tamper features.
A system used for inspection and performance testing during depot rebuild of gearboxes used on military helicopters. The system measures and logs complete information from several transducers which are arrached to the gearbox as it is operated in a test stand.
